Akechi had no reason to hate Yusuke until his arrival in this world. Fueled by jealousy, he saw Ren's friend as a rival that he was losing a battle against. The painter's easiness to slip into this world left him at a clear disadvantage. However Yusuke's willingness to give him a chance, especially when Ren departed allowed them to grow closer together enough that he now respects him.

She's not against his use of violence either. Due to being mortally wounded by her shadow, Diva turned him into her Chevalier.

True, in part Akechi's 'tolerance' of Pidge first stemmed from his nerdiness in regards towards the fact she actually piloted a robot and was a sentai, but over time, he came to appriciate who she was. Unfortunately, she returned without her memories so Akechi has to start over with her for now.

He knows a little of her background due to his research and if he had been in her shoes, he would have killed Kamoshida. He never got to meet her in Duplicity, but he trusts Ren was truthful that she was around.
